日本の逸品企画と題されたプロジェクトがこの秋から開始されました。この企画の趣旨は日本の歴史、伝統の中から生み出されたプロダクトをLIFTのチャンネルを通じて御紹介していくというプロジェクトで、金沢の２１世紀美術館にてロン・ミュエックの個展を見に行った時に丸下駄を偶然見かけて以来、その独特のフョルムに目を奪われ、京都の老舗の下駄やさんに製作して頂きました。このプロダクトの魅力は、フォルムの美しさ。ベースを桐の木を使用し製作されたものに、革製の鼻緒をつけた仕様と、それ自体を大胆に革で包んだ仕様のものは、底にラバーが貼られ事で、よりサボ的要素を高めます。日本人にも、海外の方にも是非チャレンジして頂きたい逸品です。

リフト・エタージュのリニューアルオープンと同時にm.a+の特別なコーナーが誕生致しました。デザイナーであるマウリッツオ・アマデイ氏と共に歩んで来た経験、価値観をこのコーナーショップで表現致します。デビューの切っ掛けとなったプロジェクト７、そこから生まれた
ワンピース・ストーリーのよるバッグから始まり、ガーメントライン及びシューズへと開発がよりトータルな物へとなり、リフトとして日本国内の店舗さんへ御紹介させて頂いてからはや5年の月日が経ちました。リフトとm.a+の絆、そしてファンの方へ向けたよりシリアスで快適な空間を是非御体験下さい。

CAROL CHRISTIAN POELL SPECIAL CORNER IN LIFT ETAGE SINCE AUG,20TH,2010

リニューアルオープンしたリフトエタージュ内にキャロル・クリスチャン・ポエルの特別なスペースが誕生しました。長年に渡るコラボレーション、今迄行って来た様々なインスタレーションやプレゼンテーションを経て、リフトとして又、キャロル．クリスチャン・ポエルのフォローワー及びサポーターの方々に、純粋にキャロル・クリスチャン・ポエルの世界をその歴史も含めて全身で堪能し頂ける空間を御用意させて頂きました。今後、世界に一点しか存在しない作品や、最新のコレクション、特別な作品の他、クリエーションが作られる背景等のご紹介にも更に力を入れて行きたいと思います。2010-11のシーズンは、リフトが特別に依頼して制作して頂いた品々が多数そろっています。

The special space of Carol Christian Poell is established at new Lift étage. Following long term collaborations, various extreme installations and presentations, Lift are pleased to introduce the purity space of Carol Christian Poell includes the history of the brand to all follower and supporter. We will put more weight into limited edition, latest collection, and special artwork and also we would like to introduce the background of their creation in the near future. Now we are presenting special request order for 2010AW season.

GUIDI corner open in Lift étage

新装リフトエタージュ内に世界でも初の試みとなるGUIDIの特別コーナーが併設されました。長年のコラボレーションに於ける一つの答えが、こういった形で実現致しました。このオープンを記念して、限定生産による特別な靴も同時発売されています。

Following renovation, Lift étage has established a special corner of GUIDI, which is the first attempt in the world. This is one of the achievements based on after many years of collaborations. For this occasion we would like to announce special limited edition shoes which is now on the store.

Lift étage + Label Under Construction

Lift étage内にLabel Under Constructionの作品を展示発表する特別なスペ−スが誕生致しました。これはリフトがデザイナーであるLuca Laurini氏及びその仕事を支えてきたチームとのシンパシーの一環として誕生し、作品の背景にある大事なメッセージをこの空間を通じて伝達して行く事を目的としています。スチール製のサークルは、ニットが柔らかいという特性に対しての対比から来た発想で、月の光の当たる面積に対しての光の解放が与えられています。

The utmost approach space for Label Under Construction is now established in Lift étage. Three-dimension space is created as a part of the sympathy with Label Under Construction and Lift. The idea behind is to communicate the hidden story of artwork through the space. The circle made of steel is a conception that came from the comparison to their opposite attributes with a “soft” knitwear and “hard” steel and liberating light from to the area that the moonlight hits.

リフト・エタージュのリニューアルオープニングの同日、エタージュに併設する形値でリフト・ギャラリーがオープン致しました。一回目の個展として”ハンドポートレイト、手はクリエーターのアイコン展”が開催され、多数の方に作品をご覧頂きました。この個展の趣旨は、クリエーターの最大で最小のアイコンが、その手である事に着目した事に端を発しました。ものが生まれる背景、そしてそれを生み出すアイコンを世界で初めて個展という形で発表します。参加者はキャロル・クリスチャン・ポエルやリック・オウエンス、ドリス・バン・ノッテン、アン・ドゥムルメステールの他、総勢３０名程の世界を代表する方々に参加頂きました。

LIFT GALLERY has established on the day as the opening refurbished store, Lift étage. The first installation titled as “HAND PORTRAIT – Hand is the creators icon –“ is showed on the public. The main aim of the installation is to insist maximum, but minimum source of icon is originally created from by their hand. We would like to announce the first exhibition seeking background and the icon of creation. Over 30 creators include Carol Christian Poell, Rick Owens, Dries Van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester are participating into the installation.
